    How can I improve my chances of getting an aer lingus cadetship? Also when will they be running the next one more than lightly

    Get some flying hours yourself might increase your chances. The cadet programme is all about your attitude, interview skills and aptitude. The next cadet programme should open September/October sometime, another 20 cadets will be picked

    Read over the last two long running threads on the EI Cadetship. They may be full of questions and discussions but there is stu in there from respected posters who give tips on attitude, background reading, proactive hour building etc
