What's the uniform of your local scrotes, round these parts (Darndale, north dublin) its gray tracksuit bottoms and blue super dry jpn jackets with ratty old nikes sometimes topped with a baseball hat.

Wouldn't surprise me if those canes had those hidden swords inside, wouldn't trust them, at all.

And the corporations man! Paying off the governments so they can destroy the world man - they're like the anti Robin Hood. They need to hear the righteous indignation of the common man! Workers of the world unite!

Saw one of these specimens today sporting the gray tracksuit bottoms half hanging off but neatly tucked in to the socks. Must have been in his early 20's i'd say. What was slightly different was the shoes with white socks rather than runners which somehow had the effect of making it look even worse (like anyone thought it was possible). You can't but laugh. Gray bottoms seem the trend this year.

The sock thing is for shoplifting or pickpocketing. It's not a fashion statement, purely for theft.
    Should be a chargeable offence.

The tucked in socks will stop a 40 inch TV from sliding out of the trouser leg is it? The cunning fcukers.

I took my socks in my tracksuit when I'm home, it's warmer.

Pfft, I don't need an excuse for that. Although the spitting at children has got me some funny looks.

You stick your hands down your cacks too to keep them warm ahead of dinner yeah?

It's all about function. Functional clothing.

No idea what meant by this, do you suck your own balls for dinner or something? Confusing.

Either way, you're all missing out. Millions of scumbags across the globe wouldn't do it for just fashion purposes.

I'm just saying, we've all seen kids (sometimes much older!) with the hands down the trousers in a chipper before they dig in to their food.

Of course, that was it all along, the scamps are cold. It's a very good solution all be it a singular and not particularly well thought through one but their industry is clearly impressive. It's very efficient when you think about it logically. No need for soap or water or time wasting on any of that when it's time to eat with your warm hands.

Only a matter of time before 'the government man!!!' came up. We all know what the OP meant

I'd say standard uniform is matching tracksuit usually either gray or navy but they can vary. Baseball cap optional. In my experience, actual scumbags tend to have very bad hair and actually look 'rough' unintentionally. Or at least I don't think it's intentional.

The thing is it all comes down ultimately to laziness. Couldn't be bothered finding a pocket? - just stick your hands down your easily widened tracksuit trousers, couldn't be bothered getting dressed in the morning? - just keep your pyjamas on all night and all day, couldn't be bothered finding a job? - just wear your uniform and you needn't fear anyone approaching you or considering you employable. Even better is if on the dole and required to seek work just turn up to interview in your uniform (which doubles as court attire) and you need not fear getting the job. It's all what is the least I can do each day.

The practical aspect of these actions is quite clever in a way but it all boils down to sheer laziness, lack of respect for themselves never mind anyone else and general fecklessness. All of which comes from the parents too.
