Sat Nav with call handling?

Hi Folks, I'm in the market for some kind of sat navigation which will also act as a handsfree kit? I seen one I think it was a parrot but can find it now. My car is single din with no double din adapter availability otherwise id buy a nice double head unit. A decent screen size is a big plus1 so any suggestions? Thanks
