eBay buyer missed delivery

    I sent an item of clothing by registered post to the USA. I messaged the buyer, for a follow up, as I hadn't received feedback or heard from her for a month. She said she never received the item, and that I probably didn't send it! I dispatched it soon after payment cleared and gave her the tracking number. I checked it myself and let her know that there was an attempted delivery about 2 weeks ago.

    I'm not sure what happens next, or how postal services work in the USA. I guess she needs to sort it to get her item?

    Would appreciate some help :)

    Keep the tracking details as she'll probably try to claim against you or do a chargeback.

    Thanks. I have the receipt and took a screenshot of the AnPost details.

    I asked could she try to go to her sorting office and see can she get it, but says she gets off work too late to go!

    Not sure what to do. She says shes disappointed, but won't make an attempt to collect it.
