Pre Cut Metal Plate

    Hopefully someone can help.

    I need to buy in Dublin a metal plate approx 24cm x 16cm give or take a little. 3mm thick for a project I am working on.

    Does anyone know anywhere around Dublin I could buy this over the counter.

    where a bouts in Dublin are you.
    It wont be OTC, are u near any steel fabrication shops?

    Sorry for being vague.

    Steel ideally. Its a maguiver type of deal dropped on us by the marketing team at short notice.

    They aren't looking to pay much for custom work so we were looking for something off the shelf of a diy shop that could be adapted .

    No diy store in the country will stock this, a metal fabrication shop will cut it out of a sheet for you no problem.

    Sometimes I see plate in places like B&Q, Homebase,Woodies so maybe change the design size to something existing

    Thanks. The specs aren't set in stone. I will drop in to b and q on the way home.

    Your wasting your time going to b&q, google a metal fabricator or metal engineering company and they will give you what you want. How do you expect a diy store or b&q to stock what you want?
