iTube (YouTube cache) app replacement

I've just got a replacement iPhone 5 under warranty and restored it via iCloud. All of the apps bar the most used - iTube - have restored successfully. Apparently iTube is no longer available so I've lost the app and its contents :-(. Can anyone recommend a replacement YouTube cache app? Thanks in advance

If you ever backed your account and apps to iTunes on a PC it will still be there and can be restored from there.
