Do DHL have the right address?

I am getting an item shipped from abroad to my work address. When I check the tracking info, under Receiver it just has the business name and city - not my name. As I work in quite a large business this could be problematic!

Am I able to contact DHL and confirm this, and get it corrected if so? It's being shipped from Germany so navigating the German site is a pain!

    Wouldn't worry about it.

I stay on campus in Trinity. Any DHL parcels that get sent to me here just appear as Trinity College Dublin online but had my full correct address on the actual parcel

Pretty sure I have seen this too, and it arrived with my name.

Worst case is it has no name and gets opened in reception and there will usually be an invoice inside and they will find you, or email reception or whoever handles post and give them a heads up.

    Good point.

I was mainly worried because last time I ordered from Germany they omitted my actual company name, leaving just my name and the business park. God knows how it found me!

Why would it say stuff like "the shipment is transported to the destination country" and "the shipment was processed in the destination package center" when it also says it is in Cologne? And if it were actually in the destination center Tuesday morning, it would most likely be here by now...

Also the tracking number doesn't work on the An Post link they supplied.

It will more than likely be in Cologne till the weekend, it will show up on AnPost tracking soon after.

Ah it says it's in Ireland now. Portlaoise to be exact. Decent chance of it making its way to Galway by tomorrow?

You will have it by tomorrow. That's very fast for German post. Generally with me it takes about a week, I have a package in Cologne since yesterday so it will be interesting to see if its any quicker this time.
