I been told as i new to it when he calls i will only need 3 months of records . If i pass and in 18 months time we have a new inspection will he look for the 18 months of records or will he only look for 3 months again?

Also I told he will need to look at Knackey Records . If i have misplacesed the blue dockets from Knackery what can i do ?

If you have the blue book filled out properly you should be covered, had our inspection lately and had to have 5 years of medical records and 2 years for the feed. But I'm guessing if you start keeping the records from the day you joined you should be ok, just keep all receipts and you should be good to go :)

As for knackery receipts, I'm sure if you have some you'll be covered but they'll probably have it marked for your next inspection to look at them again.

Hope that's of some help to you :)

I would phone the knackery and ask them to send you out copies-BB Supply the feed and medicines book free so get them to send you some booklets

What feed records? Is it only purchase receipts?

Yep purchase receipts will do the job and keep a bag from the feed with the label on it so it has the list of contents (oats etc)

Yeah that's all I gave the inspector. Had it last week and had no problems.
