Hey Folks

Just something that popped into my head today, we are closing down a retail unit shortly and are wondering what to do with it. I was thinking of a salon, and renting chairs.

The unit is in a country area, but may suit someone local to the nearest town to get out on their own. 3 chairs and maybe a nail bar.

What sort of rent could be expected from this - I know a girl paying €160 a week for a chair in a busy town but, well, thats in a busy town!

Any help or advice appreciated.
