What is this called?

I recently bought a seat post from Planet X.

    http://www.planetx.co.uk/i/q/SPPXCARBH/planet-x-black-head-carbon-seat-post

It has a device on the bottom of it, that looks like a seat post clamp, but isn't.
It clamps on the seat post, so that when you remove it, it stays in place, and when you put the post back in, it goes automatically to the correct height. It would be very handy for someone who travel a lot with their bike and has to take off the seat post for packing.

Does anybody know, what this device is called and where it could be purchased.
I know, I could just use another seat post clamp, but this device looks much nicer.
    Thanks in advance.

A rubber seal/ring washer will work too.

But what if you make a mistake, how do you cover it up? :)

Thanks, but its 27.2mm. Its for my new Canyon.

I have used electrical tape in the past, but the way the Planet X one works, is just elegant. The post goes exactly to the correct point.
I'd be afraid a rubber seal would move.
I know, I'm being very finicky.
