I have a Dell Dimension C521 0HY175 HY175 Socket AM2 Motherboard, 3GBS of RAM (Though if I can upgrade the card, I will get more RAM)
Will the EVGA GeForce GTX 650 1024MB GDDR5 DVI mHDMI Graphics Card 01G-P4-2650-KR work with it?

From what I can gather the Dimension C521 tends to come with a 280w power supply while you'll most likely need a 400w psu to use a GTX 650. The motherboard also only supports a maximum of 4GB RAM so upgrading that wouldn't really be worthwhile. If this is for gaming what games do you play?

    Thanks,
Well, at the moment I have 2x 500mb sticks of RAM and 1x 2GB RAM, So I'd like to have one stick of 4GB RAM, maybe that would help? Yeah it is for gaming, I tend to play simulators, but mainly I want to upgrade for Cities: Skylines which I hope to get.

The C521 is very old and it's most likely the processor is not up to scratch either. You should be looking at a new PC really (rather, updated, 2nd hand is an option). A GTX650 would be worth three times what that entire machine is!

    This.

The PC came out over 8 years ago, with a dual core CPU.

The card is PCI-E 3.0, and the motherboard in that machine is PCI-E 1.0, so it may run, but you won't get much of a boost.

Aside from all of that, unless you have upgraded the CPU, I doubt it'll be enough for the min spec of Skylines.

Maybe let us know what sort of budget you have, as you'll probably be better off getting a new machine.
