When you say "high revs when changing gear " do you mean the revs are slow to drop when you release the accelerator ?
If so this would not indicate a clutch problem - could be a sticking accelerator cable or stiff throttle linkage etc .
If the clutch needed bleeding you could find it difficult to engage gears - and the clutch would "catch" very near the floor.

I change gear let clutch all the way out and it takes a while to build up then change again and high revs its high rev as if gears arnt engage but are, no slipping gears are ok peddles ok but peddle to is sometimes stiff.

When you say "pedal is sometimes stiff" I presume you mean the clutch pedal .
With engine off press down the clutch pedal as if changing gears - then release it .
It should come straight back up immediately .
If its anyway slow to come up it could cause what your problem appears to be - the clutch would be slow to engage fully after a gear change and the engine would rev until it does .
Are there any groaning/squeaking sounds as you press and release the clutch ?
Was the car parked up for a length of time before you got it ?
If pedal seems stiff you could try putting some penetrating oil on the area where the clutch turns on its pivot up under the dash- spray some on it and then work the pedal a few times .
Could be awkward to access but worth a try .

When I drive for a bit and stop the clutch peddle gets stiff.

Are you sure it's not a clutch cable on those?

If it is, it may have not been adjusted correctly. They are not self adjusting.

If you keep driving it like it is, you will definitely need a new clutch regardless of whether one was just fitted or not!

If this is the case then you need to get it sorted ASAP - or as avns1s pointed out you will soon need a new clutch again.
If its a cable clutch the cable may be too tight .
When moving off does the clutch begin to 'bite' with the pedal near the floor or does the pedal have to be nearly fully released before it begins to 'bite '?
