UCC Wedding Photography

Hi, We're getting married in December and the reception is nearby at UCC. We aren't booked into the on site Honan Chapel, but I like the idea of having photographs taken near the Quad. I assume permission to take photo's onsite would be required here. Has anyone done similar and would know who to contact?
