Hello, can someone tell me if council owned properties have standard leases and is there anywhere I get sight of one, or the t&cs? I believe they aren't subject to the same legislation as private tenancies so is there a list of rights/obligations of council and tenant publicly available anywhere? Any idea if they differ…

You will need to contact your local council, failing that some one in council housing who will let you view the lease/rental agreement.
