    so recently got the job working in three i start tomorrow. so far i just had an induction day and we went through a whole load of slides explaining all the different types of phone plans etc.. and im just wondering do they expect me to have learned everything by tomorrow or will i get trained in?

    during the first interview the lady said that id be getting trained in but now im wondering if she was talking about the induction day, anyone have any ideas?

    naw i didnt get that one mine is based elsewhere, were u at the induction on friday? 2 people from there are doing the call centre or were told they are doing that

    no friend of mine works in the limerick one they give two weeks training 9-5 and after that you get to start taking calls

    ah ok i see so id assume you get the same training for general work then yea?
