computer freezing, help

Hi, I really need some help, my computer has started to freeze up and hang. if I eenter the net it says it's not responding, if I click into youtube clip when I get that far, it doesn't load and a LAME mp3 codes popup appears, clicking in a saved clip offline with windows it freezes and "server execution failed " appears. I really need my laptop working and Im totally lost argggghhhhh, I have avg pc tune up and maintenance but that's found nothing.?????

Of the 901 I've 250 free space

I don't think AVG tune up will help , I have been removing this off PC's recently as its more of an annoyance than anything .

I would suggest , Downloading Malwarebytes and running this . use www.ninite.com to get it , it will allow you to download and install with out any issue, Run malwarebytes and see if that finds anything to remove.

also consider removing the AVG tune up. the Antivirus side is fine just that addon is crap.

maybe also use Diskcleaner

This will allow you to clean or remove wasted space , temp files etc.

+1 on removing AVG tune up, (seems to hog more resources than it claims to free up)

Also, Try VLC media player or media player Classic for your offline video files. This should sort out the server execution issues..
