Interesting idea, also has the potential to injure the person putting it in. Why not just use a metal case and electrocute the person trying to remove it. However, at the end of the day, it'd be the same if they put a small amount of explosives into an external hard drive and having the 5 volt charge trigger it exploding.

You can see it now with APT styled attacks, this is becoming a very dangerous technique , attackers can now masquerade and ship this to the target if they want to cause actual harm . NASTY!.
