    If one is on back to work enterprise allowance for starting a new business and this business isnt picking up as one hoped, yet he is doning a bit of handyman work on the side(which is legal and was added when filling out the BTWEA forms) and earning OK money at it, would these earnings be tax free same as earnings on the original business plan.
