hi. i have a phone interview with glanbia later in the week. can anyone tell me what is it. who should i be expected to be talking with. and what kind of questions will they ask?

Impossible to say as glanbia is so big. Best step to take is to just prepare for the phone interview like a regular interview. At the start of they call they will introduce themselves and their role. That should help you.
