Tooth Extraction and Facial change

    Hi I'm 30 and after around a year after I got a molar removed I've noticed my facial structure around where it was removed has changed almost sagged a bit. It's really annoying and I just want to know has anyone else experienced this? All I can find is info about wisdom teeth online. It's so annoying.
    I don't know if a dental implant would help. Also it would be way out of my budget.
