    Hi Guys

I live in an unfinished estate that i believed to be exempt from the LPT. I checked last year sometime and the estate was on the list of exemptions

However i recently got a letter saying the exemption was removed and i now owe LPT for 2013 / 14/ 15

Is this correct ? If it was previously exempt and now removed, surely i would only be liable for the years after the exemption removal ?

Estate is still unfinished but its not a ghost estate either.
