    So rumours/gossip abound and it leaves me and the gang at home in a spot.
    Having spent the last number of years residing in a portacabin (it wasnt that bad) on a site, I hear ??? that where I to build here there is no requirement to apply for planning etc etc. How where can I verify same. Given the costs and associated fees that would be a considerable saving. Anyone in the know? Thanks guys :>

    Contact your local planning authority ( planning section of your county council)
    Yes planning will be/ is required
