Triplet Bearing Ewes with little milk

I have a few Cheviots ewes with triplets and I know they will only have enough milk for 2. My question is will the ewes produce enough colostrum for 3 or only 2. The reason I ask is because I normal kept pet lambs on ewes as I am useless at keeping them alive on their own and seem to have good success with them left on ewes.

The reason I ask is that I might not get to the ewe until 1 or 2 hours after lambing

make sure they all get a suck of colostrum and then take the biggest strongest lamb of and keep your ear to the ground for some man looking for pets that would be my advice anyway. stick them on done deal you could will get 20 euro no bother at all.

Most ewes will have enough colostrum for 3, but if you have a doubt, offer them some colostrum, they'll usually take if they need it
