    Yep, you could be right.

    Is the pc wifi or ethernet?

    wifi im only getting 5-6 Mbps and on ethernet im only getting 12Mbps where i should be getting at least 25Mbps

    Access your router configuration page and post a screenshot of your stats. Someone here might be able to determine the issues with that info..
