Anyone order from these sites?

I send 2 emails to them and didn't get a response. They seem to be a decent site but Im not sure about placing an order now.

They don't get much more legit than them its part of the second largest luxury products group in the world. You should have no worries about ordering from them.

I've often used the Net A Porter site for purchases for my other half. I've never had any trouble using them in the past and the one time I had to contact them I had a reply back fairly quick. I'm not sure when you contacted them but I did during office hours, perhaps that was why I got a reply or maybe not.

Do the free shipping offers come around often? I saw they had it a week or 2 ago, but didn't buy anything at the time.

You definitely have nothing to worry about ordering from either of these sites. I've made a number of orders from them and have never had any difficulties.
