Car problems

I think I put coolant in windshield washer bottle in car. My wife used it and it has left white residue on the windscreen and the paintwork.I tried white spirit and washing up liquid to remove it with no luck.Any ideas.Not even sure if it was coolant. It was in a clear 5 litre tub just like washer fluid Help

Go to a car wash where they wash it by hand and see what they say.
Read the label next time
