    Anyone use these? Look interesting.

Is there anywhere in Ireland that sells them or a good place online? Would prefer to go Ireland/UK to avoid customs etc. if possible.

We got ours from Matt in Sports Physio Supplies. You can ring up and pay over the phone. If you call before 3pm and he has them.in stock they get sent out the same day. We usually have our orders the next day.

    Have fun.

Thanks Rogueish - very helpful! Do you find them good?

We use them for lower limb rehabilitation in a physio clinic. We tend to use them for proprioception and eccentric loading of adductors /groin and functional hip and glute activation patterns.

They are handier to transport than a sliding platform and take up a whole lot less storage space. Have fun

I've seen those plastic discs ,used under legs of furniture to protect carpets, mentioned as a much cheaper alternative.

I use a biscuit tin lid for doing sliding reverse lunges, nasty exercise plus you get to eat a tin of biscuits
