Weird hamstring injury

    Hi everyone. Just a query on something weird that happen past week or so. Every Thursday evening I conpmete a roughly 30mins HIIT. I warm up and cool down as appropriate etc. Felt no pain that evening or next morning. I work in an office but I wouldn't be sitting constantly. Only about an hour before going home I went to get up to get something and as I went to sit back down I could feel a pain in my left hamstring. I have GAA training Friday nights and it was very sore. But icing and resting over the weekend and was grand by Monday. Same thing happend yesterday again - except in the other hamstring! What is this from? I wouldn't be sitting for more than 20-30 mins at one time in work. Would be activate most of the time? I have pulled my hamstring before but that was running in a match situation - not sitting at a desk :/

    you may have done the damage during the training but because your still warm and adrenalin is still doing through your body you probably don't feel in straight away. It's probably being aggravated then by whatever way your sitting.
