Hi guys, Looking to change my PC as its well past its sell by date. I have a limited budget of around €400. what is the best I can get for this? I dont need a monitor and I have a new keyboard and mouse. I want it to have windows 8, wireless and if poss bluetooth. I dont use my pc for gaming, more for netflix, photoshop,…

Hi guys,

Looking to change my PC as its well past its sell by date. I have a limited budget of around €400. what is the best I can get for this?
I dont need a monitor and I have a new keyboard and mouse. I want it to have windows 8, wireless and if poss bluetooth. I dont use my pc for gaming, more for netflix, photoshop, downloads, you tube etc.
