Ways to work from home

So I have recently had a baby and my career has always been working in childcare. This was a positive when my baby came along as i have been able to mind children at home, and so be with my baby while still earning.
Unfortunately, now that I have a baby I find that minding children at home isn't all that positive. It is difficult for my little baby to sleep with the constant noise and my baby is picking up negative behaviour from the other children.
I am not at all open to seeking work outside of the home as it requires leaving my baby in childcare and having worked in the field I have unfortunately seen first hand the care that children receive and I would not want it for my baby.
The only option I would be open to is having a nanny come to our home and care for my child while I work in the house.
That leaves me with the difficult task of finding options to work from home.
Has anyone been in this situation where working from home was the only option and did you find anything suitable? I would really appreciate any feedback and ideas! I'm open to most things

I should add that I have an idea for an online business that I will be starting slowly on the sidelines but that will be down the line as I need start up cash and it would not be enough of an income for the first year at least.
