getting the pipes checked

    hi,
    drainage smell coming from under the kitchen sink. is there a specialised company i should be calling to get this checked out rather than a plumber?? i'm in the cork area if anyone has any good company recommendations.

    All open drains should be on the outside so have you checked to see if it's blocked outside causing a smell to back up. Or a leak under the sink and it's that your smelling. If you cannot find a leak than I'd suggest you clean out the Gulley and apply bleach or Jeyes fluid to clean it.
    They need to be cleaned every year anyway.

    yeah it does seem to originate from under the sink and when the underfloor heating is on it can be pretty rank in the morning
