    Anybody do private lessons for the thai language ?
    or any courses in the regional.(beginner)

    I'm pretty certain in saying you'll have to go to Dublin for that. I very much doubt you'll find it in a provincial town, certainly not in a educational establishment. Try the small ads in local papers for private tutoring, you never know I suppose.
