Hey Everyone, just need a bit of help with something if you wouldn't mind lending me a hand.

I need just 10 people who can commit to some research I am doing for a nutrition program. I'm just testing out some new methods and techniques to get an idea of what will work in practice with people. I also have a BSc in exercise science so this wont be a mickey mouse type of approach.

    Here are the details:
*The program is 100% free, there is no charge for this at all.
*The program can be adjusted for the following goals: weightloss/fatloss, Muscle gain/toning up, increasing energy levels, improving overall health, and recovery/preperation for a sporting event (e.g. how to prepare for a marathon from a nutrition perspective)
*The subjects must be able to call into a studio near dundrum (address available via PM) for an initial measurement, questions etc and then follow up meeting(s).
*Subjects must be willing to give honest, creative and constructive feedback as to how best improve the program

If you can commit to this just send me a PM. First 10 who send me a PM will be accepted, however if someone drops out I may still be able to call you up, so send me a PM just in case.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
