Plumber or electrician?

In my apartment, my Central heating is gas and my shower is on its own electric switch.

My hot water for the basin and sink comes from a (normally reliable) Idropi Mini 50 under-sink electric water heater.

However, the light no longer comes on when I turn the dial and, more importantly, I have no hot water on tap.

The rest of the electrics in the flat are fine.

I do not want to waste money on calling out the wrong help.

Do people think this is an electrician's or a plumber's issue?

plumber and I'm guessing unless the fuse in the spur has blown it won't be worth repairing. You're probably looking at around 200 Euro supplied and fitted for a new one. ball park

    OK, thanks everyone.

The heater is not that old, I'd say 12-15 years.

    I shall call a plumber.
