Push Pull Machine

    Hi all,

    Apologies for the new thread. I'm just wondering if anyone knows anywhere in Dublin that has one of the push pull machine as shown in the video below. Somewhere that once off people can pay into would be great too.

    Just looks like something to develop terrible form. What's the point of it? The pull part can be achieved with a high/low cable pull. The push bit only looked as engaging as a wall.

    Physical test for joining the gardai I'd say!

    Good idea to practice if you can, it's all about technique.
