So triathlon live website has finally updated and you can sign up for the season now. Use 'WTS2015' for another discount, brings it down to around 16 euro for the year, seems like pretty good value. Last 6/7 years races are also there to watch, some good turbo viewing.

great stuff by Connor Murphy. A 30th place in what was the quality field of a grand final with 18 out of the top 20 ranked athletes on the start .

Yeah good result. 15:44 is still way off though. He was out just 9 secs before Bryan but that made all the difference between first and second chase packs. Is BK maxed out even maintaining that swim level or coul he red line it a bit longer for teh swim and/or first few km of the bike to get in that pack? His 16 sec faster run than Conor would have been 14 places in the difference and many more points

The way GJ stormed through the field on the run was awesome. She looked like a machine! What are her odds for Rio?!

Aileen could work on her T1. 5 secs there and she is first pack guaranteed

Missed a lot of the womens race but Aileen's transitions have always stood out as something she could improve on for me, always seems to lose time there. Wonder what her and her coaches thoughts are on it.

Flora Duffy has come on leaps and bounds. Lovely girl, would love to see her keep the progress going.

How much of this is down to her XTERRA racing would you think? Her confidence must be sky high given how well she is doing there. I'd imagine that confidence carries through in to training and racing
