    What's this all about? Is it just nesting season? What "conditions" are they?

    E) EIDW BIRD HAZARD. CONDITIONS LIKELY TO CAUSE LARGE NUMBERS OF BIRDS TO VISIT THE AIRFIELD NOW EXIST AND WILL CONTINUE FOR A PERIOD.
    AREA MAINLY AFFECTED IS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE AIRFIELD, PARTICULARLY TAXIWAYS T1, D3 AND APRON TAXIWAY 6. PILOTS PLEASE USE CAUTION

    It is always prudent to exercise caution with birds from the northside

    Sorry,I think its due to earth works for new apron delta....worms basically.
