Farm liability dislaimer info?

    Hi Folks...

    I am gathering information on disclaimers in ireland..

    Scenario-

    Say i was to allow people onto my land/farm. Volunteers and the like and travellers. Say i dont have the funds(or philosophy) to allow public liability.

    Can i write up a detailed disclaimer limiting any legal suit should accidents/falls/stubbed fingers happen?

    can one do a once-all and have absolutely no liability?

    Can this includes use of driving machinery/operating machiney etc...

    Really like to hear others use of this or knowledge...
