Hi, I am starting a CE scheme job next month, I am just wondering what if I get offered full time work elsewhere, is it bad if I leave my CE scheme? Like its a good CE scheme its not some donkey work.

Of course not! The aim is to get full-time permanent employment, so if you're lucky enough to get some, then take it.

Your ce supervisors main role is to get training and hopefully employment for all ye participants on the scheme.

My OH started a ce scheme in January 2013 which meant he would finish it in January 2014, In November 2013 he got a full time job as he was still applying for jobs elsewhere, he just went a told the person who was over the ce schemes, she was absolutely delighted, she also said that it didn't happens too often, so yes if you get another job there is no problem leaving ce scheme
