Tv licence,moving to new home

    Hi all.Im moving to my new flat on 2nd march(monday).My landlord said that old tv licence expired on 31st Jan 2015 .I have no problem paying 160€ but can I get new licence from march or they will backdated licence from 1st feb?
    Tried to call them but no answer :rolleyes:

    The licence will be dated from the day you buy it. It will not be back dated. Also it will be in your name and should you move again within the year of licence - let them know of a change of address and you will be covered by the same licence in the new property up until the licence expires.
