Impossible to sell on e bay

I am trying to sell items on e bay as the irish market is too small i want to sell to Uk ,As I have not sold on e bay for a while I am not allowed because they tell me i need 10 positive feedback to sell internationally .This could take forever as the market is to small. Has anyone this problem and can I overcome this…
