McWilliams came out the morning after the guarantee and said it was a good move by Ireland.
Now he can dress it up all he likes that it should have been temporary and followed the Swedish model. But when it was announced he didn't.
Neither did he mention that lwnihan had visited him the mitt before hand.

Take a deep breath you seem to be choking on your indignant rage towards the end there

Listening to economists is equivalent to getting a hot tip from someone that was talking to yer man in the pub.

He just played an audio clip from his laptop from 2003 predicting the bust in reply to a question, I love him more than his Mam!

and you could probably dig out plenty more economists that will have said the same, as well as loads that said the opposite.

Has he played any clips of the stuff he got wrong?

the biggest mistake McWilliams made is he assumed that FF would do the right thing

that was never going to happen

and FG and labour are no different to FF

He was asked that by the grumpy chairman and couldn't come up with an example, politicians looking like the twats they are, cross party!

When you're in the business of making predictions.
You better make a lot of predictions.
