2001 VW Golf Airbag light on

    Hi,

    My airbag light remains on constantly, is there something i can do to turn it off, any help much appreciated. Have nct soon..

    This is often caused by a loose connection in the wiring loom under one of the front seats. The seat-belt tensioners are connected to the SRS airbag.

    You need to get it scanned to see what the fault code is, it could be the seat airbag connection or it could be the steering wheel airbag connection. Either are usually easily sorted with a bit of contact cleaner and then easily cleared with capable diagnostic software or scan tool.
