If someone was wanted for questioning here for a serious crime ( like sexual assault or worse) and had left the country, is there a procedure for gardaí to travel to question them? I'm thinking of Man, or the Chanel Islands or Equador, somewhere the EAW wo't apply Does the EAW apply to Norway or Swiss?
