Just wondering how the process went?

Is it as much of a lottery as switching adsl provides?

Eircom <-> Vodafone is just a setting change at the cab. Simple as can be.

With sky you have to use their PPPoE details so be sure you get the hub before the move order is processed or you'll be offline.

How can you make certain that Sky give the hub before your previous ISP switches you off? I don't want to be stuck without broadband at all.

Thats up to sky, they should have a process in place to deal with it, ask em.
