Water tank replacement

    Hi all

I'm not plumber nor carpenter and English isn't my mother tongue so sorry for my mistakes.

I have problem with water tank - it swelled on the sides and looks like it sinks one way. I had plumber who did our bathroom couple years ago to had a look at it and it need urgent replacement.

Problem is that there is very small entrance to attic, only 53 by 60 cm.

We check and timer beams which hold ceiling are only 56 cm apart.

Landlord don't want to do much about it - "looking for solution" for last couple of days.

My question is - is there a tank which would fit thru hole 53 by 60 cm ?

Is there any other solution ?

    Tom
