Average to decent grazing ground €150-250 per acre depending on quality and who else wants it!!

Well how do you propose doing a deal if you won't show interest?

What do you bring to the table aside from money?

If ye agree a price, will you take out the chequebook and pay then and there for the 12 months?
Do you plan to do any fencing? Soil testing? Fertiliser?

Have your story on what you'll do as well as the money, would be my advice...
