i use a puuter with a slite bend just below the grip, its only a few degrees off and would be easy to fix but i like the way it sets up now, any rules expert out there have the answer

I'm no rules expert but shaft bending is allowed as long as the club is not altered in a significant manner, does not sound like the change you mention is significant in nature.

my putter is well bent, it was done at manufacture so i don't see there being an issue with a slight bend in your shaft
