Range Rover Evoque

OH is thinking of upgrading to one of these. Looking at the Pure Tech auto. Rough cost is 53k delivered with another 2/3k on extras. Trade in is 2012 Audi Q5 quattro sline with 48k on clock. Just had a look and asking prices for Q5 are 37k approx. So we are wondering what Land Rover dealers are like for trade in prices and is there much room to haggle with them? Realistically how much should we get for the Q5? I was hoping 35k. Is there much give with Land Rover? Like when we bought the Q5 audi threw in about 2k of extras free to seal the deal. Must haves are auto light/wipers and heated seats. Getting info on whats standard on the Evoque is a bit tricky online here. I dont want to go into a dealership until we are ready to deal.

Land Rover just announced a facelifted Evoque today with a new range of engines, lights etc. Check out the Autocar website for details.
You should make sure you get this new model if you are buying.
I imagine Irish dealer probably will not know new prices or specs at all.
personally can't see the appeal of the Evoque would prefer your Q5.

Its not me changing. Its the OH. Had a quick look at Autocar. Seems like a facelift but the new engines are a big improvement. They probably wont be here for another year. Might be able to get a few extras free if we buy the current model:-)

I'd prefer your Audi Q5 too but I know what it's like when you want to change. I can't believe Audi gave you €2,000 of options free. When I paid €47,000 for my BMW all I got free was a tank of diesel and an umbrella:)

What did they offer you for the Q5?

Have not gone into any dealers. Just trying to find out what they are like to deal with. Is it easy to get sweeteners out of LR etc. I will probably pay the 3 dealers in Dublin a visit in the next 2 weeks.
