Something often wonder about, there was a woman close to me today at a game and she spent the whole game complaining about everything. I for one dont understand why people like that go to games in the first place. They surely cant get any enjoyment out of it if they spend the whole game moaning?

    What was she complaining about?

It would take less time to list what she wasn't complaining about

There's a Dublin Football ST member I happen to sit very close to (within a radius of around 10 seats on any given match) who this thread instantly reminded me of. Me & my dad call him Misery Guts. Even when Dublin are playing very well any slight mistake will be punctuated with "Ahh stop!", "What are you doing?" and a few other turns of phrase he has. It goes to the next level on days where we are playing badly, I just fail to see how he gets any enjoyment out of a win or a loss, his girlfriend must be drove mad sitting beside him; I know I am

Ha ha. Reminds me of the Munster final last year. Group of LK supporters behind me. When Cork got on top, one of them (happened to be a woman also) got vicious towards the LK players. Very abusive and personal kind of stuff. Finally turned around to get a look at this individual and someone who must have been shoehorned into the seat. Needless to say she was gone before the final whistle.
